Larry Flynt’s Washington Post Ad: Offering $10M For Info That Could Help Impeach Trump

President of LFP, Inc. (privately traded) Larry Flynt is offering $10 million in cash for information that could get President Trump impeached.

Flynt and Hustler, his adult magazine, paid for a full-page ad (pdf) in the Sunday, October 15th edition of the Washington Post which read:

“$10 MILLION FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE IMPEACHMENT AND REMOVAL FROM OFFICE OF DONALD J. TRUMP.”

The ad argues that Donald Trump’s election to the US presidency was “illegitimate in many ways” and that Trump is “dangerously unfit” to serve in office as the 45th president of the United States. Additionally, the ad makes a case against the Electoral College, which is the voting system used in the U.S. to elect the president, and many believe it should be terminated.

The ad asks anyone who has information to call a hotline (1-800-251-2714) or email [email protected].

This isn’t the first time Flynt has done this; Donald Trump just so happens to be his latest victim. In fact, Flynt says he has successfully toppled a number of politicians with similar schemes. Back in 1998, Flynt threatened to release details on the affairs of Bob Livingston, elected House of Representatives speaker, that Flynt had obtained via an advertised reward. Livingston ended up confessing to the extramarital affairs and stepped down from his position.

In the latest ad involving President Trump, Flynt writes: “Make no mistake, I fully intend to pay this entire sum. Sure, I could use that $10 million to buy luxuries or further my business, but what good would that do me in a world devastated by the most powerful moron in history?”

As one might have already guessed, Flynt is a longtime supporter of the Democratic party and a vocal Trump critic.
