Resgreen Group (RGGI) Announces Completion of Phase I of Its Automated Material Handling System, Phase II to Commence at Atlantic Precision Products

One of the leading mobile robot companies, Resgreen Group International (0TC PINK: RGGI), announced the completion of Phase I of its Automated Material Handling System at Atlantic Precision Products (APP). After completing this first phase, a second phase has been quoted, which will serve as an extension of the automated call system on a broader scale. Resgreen Group (RGGI) is a leading developer of Artificial Intelligence Robotics (AIRs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and Automated Guided Vehicles, while Atlantic Precision Products (APP) offer engineering solutions to companies.

With the extension of the automated call system into phase II, RGGI is assisting Atlantic Precision Products (APP) in resolving the supply chain problem. This innovation will reduce operating costs and improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of products. Automation also allows high scalability in meeting the ever-evolving needs of companies. Parsh Patel, the CEO of Resgreen Group International, said,

“We are pleased to be able to offer added materials and services to the Atlantic Precision Products system in order to assist with productivity and efficiency.”

In Phase I of the project, RGGI revealed that activation of the machine’s transport is initiated via a wireless button pressed by the operator at an injection molding machine. PullBuddyTM retrieves the full load handling frame and delivers it to the staging area. A visual ASRS (Automatic Storage and Retrieval System) will monitor the staging area that communicates with BotWayTM. PullBuddyTM  will retrieve an empty load handling frame and return it to the operator’s station.

In phase II of the project, RGGI will focus on servicing the additional machines on the factory floor. The BotWayTM will be triggered by weight-sensing and load handling frames to further streamline the automation process. Like in phase 1, the full load handling frame will also be delivered to a staging area, and an empty load handling frame is then returned to the original machine.
