One of the largest mobile virtual network operators (MVNO), Lyca Mobile,is preparing to launch a project for Flytxt across seven of the world’s biggest markets – Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the US, the Netherlands and the UK: AI-powered Customer Value Management (CVM) Accelerator. The CVM accelerator can provide actionable insights to maximize business outcomes of personalized customer interactions via CX systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Important to note is that Lyca Mobile announced the implementation of Salesforce solutions earlier this year. The Salesforce solutions will help to unify customer data and interactions and to drive personalized customer interactions on multiple channels. With Lyca having built a successful salesforce marketing cloud, the Flytxt CVM Accelerator will maximize Lyca’s Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) across their personalized interactions by feeding them actionable customer product insights.
CVM Accelerator is a purpose-built AI that effortlessly integrates with any CRM or CX environment to deliver actionable intelligence for optimizing CTLV. The effectiveness of the CVM Accelerator was demonstrated during a one-month pilot project in one of Lyca Mobile’s European markets. Lyca utilized the predictive insights from the Accelerator while executing marketing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A 1.3% increase in ARPU was seen during the initial test run.
