Amazon Instant Pickup Will Launch at Five Locations

    On Tuesday, Amazon (NASDAQ:$AMZN) announced that Amazon Instant Pickup will be launching at five specific pickup locations starting today. Additionally, there will be more locations in the coming months.

    For those who don’t know, Amazon Instant Pickup makes “daily essential” items such as snacks and drinks, as well as some Amazon devices available at pickup stations in less than five minutes. The first five locations are set to be Atlanta, Los Angeles, Berkeley, CA, OH, and College Park, MD. As of right now, Amazon operates 22 pickup locations close to college campuses around the country. It’s important to mention that Amazon Instant Pickup is available to both Prime and Prime Student members.

    So far this year, Amazon shares are up 31.1%.
