Amazon Moving It’s Headquarters To Georgia?

Amazon

The online retail giant Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN), may have just dropped a clue as to where it is looking to build its next headquarters.

Jacob Oster, a lobbyist, has been registered by the retailer on December 7th with the Georgia State Ethics Commission. Said lobbyist’s presence is now causing a “buzz” spurring various speculations that Amazon has been taking a closer look at the state’s potential to house their next headquarters. Atlanta is one of 200 cities currently competing to be the home of Amazon’s second headquarters.

Lobbyists represent the interests of the companies or organizations to lawmakers, Oster’s LinkedIn profile states that he specialized in energy policies at Amazon.

Amazon states that it prefers metro areas with at least a million residents and that has an educated workforce.
