Just hours before the man who is thought to have been the one to of set off an explosive in a New York City subway tunnel, Akayed Ullah, 27, made a status on Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) which read, “Trump you failed to protect your nation.”

On Monday, Ullah set off a homemade explosive that was made of wires, a battery, Christmas light bulbs, and metal screws. He is now in custody and is facing numerous terrorism charges, both federal and state.

While under integration, Ullah told officers that he detonated the explosive in New York for ISIS, stating “I did it for the Islamic State.”

Based on court documents, Ullah faces up to 5 federal charges as well as 3 state charges.

Ullah set off the explosive underground in the walkway that links two separate subway lines close to Time Square. The New York attack occurred at 7 in the morning, and reports stated that five people were taken to local hospitals to treat minor injuries, and Ullah was suffering from moderate to serious injuries.
