North Korea: Trump is “Begging For a Nuclear War on the Korean Peninsula”

North Korea

A few days ago, it seemed the tension between President Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un was relieving itself. But, on November 11, all of that changed. On Saturday, North Korea said Trump’s first trip to Asia proved that he was a “destroyer,” adding that he was begging for war on the Korean peninsula.

In a statement issued by the state news agency, a foreign ministry spokesman for North Korea said the following:

“Trump, during his visit, laid bare his true nature as a destroyer of world peace and stability and begged for a nuclear war on the Korean peninsula.”

These comments were a clear reaction to Trump’s comments on Wednesday in which he stated that both Kim Jong Un and his country should not underestimate the U.S.

Further, the spokesman for North Korea added that nothing would stop Pyongyang from pursuing its nuclear weapons program.
