iOS update

Are you looking for the latest computer hardware technology? If so, did you hear about Apple’s latest iOS update? Tech giant Apple (NASDAQ:$AAPL) has announced that the next update will include a gender-neutral multicultural emoji – and a zombie.

Apple’s next iOS update will include emojis – lots of emojis. This includes “emotive” smiley faces, clothing options, animals, gender-neutral characters, mythical creates and much more, the Cupertino, California-based company announced on October 6.

CNN reported that the new emojis will appear in previews of iOS 11.1. Additionally, the update is reported to include all the emojis announced Word Emoji Day this past year, which includes a woman in a headscarf and the breastfeeding mom.

According to The New York Times, this iOS update holds fast to a commitment to diversity in emoji, which is an initiative Apple started in 2015. It was at this time Apple offered users the ability to select different skin tones on human images.

The new emoji will debut in just one week in software updates for Apple’s iPhones, Apple Watch devices, and Mac.
