iOS Devices Can Now Run ‘Purchases on Google’

Purchases on Google

‘Purchases on Google’ is an ad program developed by Google (NASDAQ:GOOGL) that enables consumers to purchase items on Google shopping ads directly from the search page. It has originally only been available on Android devices, but now iOS users will be able to test out the program as well.

The main difference between the iOS version and the Android version looks to be the “Easy checkout” message iOS users will see. The previous version of ‘Purchases on Google’ had a blue button reading “Buy on Google” at the top of the ad.

The “Quick view” links at the bottom of each ad is part of a mobile shopping update that Google has done. Choosing the “Quick view” option brings up a preview of the product with a bigger image of it, a product description, product reviews, and seller ratings. However, it doesn’t seem to work for every product yet.
