Fired for Flipping the Bird at President Trump's Motorcade

A woman has been fired for flipping the bird at President Trump’s motorcade.

Have you seen the viral photo of a woman raising her middle finger at Trump’s motorcade as they drove by her on a northern Virginia road? Well, that would be Juli Briskman – and she has now been fired from her company due to those actions.

Last month, Juli Briskman was on her bicycle when the president’s motorcade passed her. While her face is not visible in the photograph, Briskman told her bosses at Herndon, Virginia-based Akima LLC (Privately-Traded) that it was her. The result? She was promptly fired from the government contracting firm. The reason? Briskman had apparently violated the “code of conduct policy.”

While some might agree with the company’s decision, others – including Briskman – find it to be ridiculous. She has stated that she has contacted the American Civil Liberties Union and that if given the chance, she would do what she did again.
